LADIES IN THE OFFICE SCREWED ME IN UNDERSTANDING INSURANCE, AND LIED STRAIGHT OUT ON IT. DENTIST LEFT BONE STICKING OUT OF MY GUMS. EVERY PERSON IN THE OFFICE CAME TO SEE MY TOOTH, NO PRIVACY AND EMBARRASING. THEY SENT ME A BILL AFTER I PAID FOR THE ENTIRE BILL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. AND LIKE MY TWO INSURANCE POLICIES WOULD NOT COVER IT? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR PRIVACY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER AND STILL WALK AWAY PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE BILL. THEY LIED TO MAKE THEIR MONEY ON INSURANCE WHEN THEY LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT WAS THE ENTIRE COST OF THE TOOTH EXTRACTION. THEY MADE LOTS OF MONEY ON AN UNSUSPECTING PERSON LIKE ME. TRUST ME, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST.

I just started going to the guys at the Allen Dental Center. Lets just say impressive describes it best. My past dental experience was more like the Flintstones-these guys are more like the Jetsons! Progressive and compassionate, a nice combination. So glad I made the change. Thanks Dr. Jeff ROB

They will not work for you on insurance, I still have no clue if what I am paying is accurate due to the way they filed. The office team offers no help in understanding, once you ask a question they ship you to the next person, then the next, till you get to the top and they rub another 8.80 in your face. I walked in with two policies that covered me if I broke a nail. What could happen and go wrong, DID.
